Land Rover Defender Debuts Pedal-Powered Car

Yes, the Land Rover experience will continue in a model that is available to those small enough to benefit from parental assistance to climb into cars. The vehicle is built for the enthusiast who won’t mind forking out more than £10,000 when the cars is available in the summer of 2016.

When it debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the pedal-powered Defender was created as a nod to the six-plus decades of workmanship that have gone into the man-sized Defender. On this scaled down version, attention was paid to every little detail, with Loire Blue paintwork and tan-leather interior present. To give parents a reason to consider this collector’s piece for their children, the car also comes fitted with off-road tyres, brakes, and spring suspension.
